Red wine, still and solid. Made with Nebiolo grapes. Aged for about a year in middle size french or american oak casks. Ideal to serve with boiled or braised meat, with truffle flavoured dishes or with medium or long matured cheeses. As every good aged wine, may have a light natural deposit at the bottom of the bottle, because it has not been filtered at origin. It is to be served in wide glasses, or poured into the decanter, at 18°.
